I am a lawyer in Massachusetts. I represent families in brachial plexus cases across the country. Based upon my extensive experience in brachial plexus cases the United Brachial Plexus Network asked me to respond to the most frequently asked legal questions on their website site. If you go to the UBPN site and the Frequently Asked Questions section you will see my name and information in the legal section. I also have been asked by the UBPN to speak on medical/legal issues at the past two summer camps held in New York and Washington, D.C.. I am very familiar with the brachial plexus injuries and the physicians that specialize in the treatment of brachial plexus injuries, Dr. Nath in Houston, Dr. Waters in Boston, Dr. Kozin in Philadelphia. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I am pleased to assist you.

If you would like, we can also review the medical records to determine if you were the victim of medical malpractice. There is no cost to have my firm review the case. If we find a basis of malpractice we would be pleased to represent you. You can read more about our practice at www.Klevinelaw.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
